Vintage Turkish Kilim from central Anatolia, very pretty with lovely autumnal colours.
Woven in the mountains near the city of Sivas in the early 1950s this is a really nice kilim in good condition.
It has two panels each with a central Bereket pattern, meaning abundance, fertility and fruitfulness.
Outer border has a simplified version of the same pattern with the inner border depicting running water around you, creating a layer of protection.
A unique and authentic kilim rug with a lot of love and meaning woven in to.
